Am I eligible for the Plumb’s student discount?

Any student enrolled in an accredited veterinary program is eligible for the discounted annual Plumb’s Pro subscription. Pharmacy students are eligible for discounted access to Plumb’s Veterinary Drugs.

How do I show I’m a student?

We verify your enrollment status through a third-party service called SheerID.

I don’t see my school on SheerID. What do I do?

If your school isn’t listed on the SheerID form, please contact us to get it added.

How do I get the student discount?

Fill out the subscription form with your university name and personal information and upload current documentation (eg, class schedule, transcript, tuition receipt) to confirm your eligibility. Once SheerID verifies your status, you’ll be able to subscribe to Plumb’s Pro™ for $19.95 for 12 months.

How long does my subscription last?

Each time you verify your student status and subscribe, you’ll get access to Plumb’s™ for 12 months. To remain subscribed, you can reverify your eligibility every 12 months. If you cannot reverify, you’ll no longer be eligible for the discount, but you can purchase at the full rate.

What happens to my account when I graduate or leave school?

Once your last student subscription period ends, you can cancel your account or upgrade to keep your notes and favorites. Discounts are available for recent graduates. Contact us to request yours.

What will I be charged, and when?

When you subscribe to Plumb’s with your student discount code, you will be charged $19.95. You can resubscribe at that rate every 12 months as long as you are able to verify your student status. If the student rate changes in the future, we will notify you.
